Acceptance of Terms

By using CallRabbit's services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

Service Description

CallRabbit provides AI-powered voice and text agent services for businesses. Our agents handle inbound and outbound calls, text messages, and chat interactions on your behalf according to configurations you define.

Your Responsibilities

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions.

Billing and Payment

CallRabbit operates on custom plans tailored to your business needs. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in your individual service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Intellectual Property

CallRabbit retains all rights to our platform, technology, and AI models. You retain ownership of your data and content provided to the service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to deliver the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallRabbit's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 90 days unless legally required to retain it. You may request an export of your data before termination.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
